Servicing questions
What is the difference between an interim and a full service?
An interim service (Service A) keeps your car running well between full services. A full service (Service B) is more detailed and includes a 72-point check of your car.
Do you service hybrid and electric cars?
Yes. Our specially trained technicians service hybrid and electric vehicles.
Can I book my MOT and service together?
Yes. Choose MOT + Service when you send your request. Within HA1–HA8, pickup and drop-off is also available for MOT + Service bookings.
How often should my car be serviced?
Check your vehicle handbook. Many manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
